This is a test

This is a test, as I can't recall where I am at on this site, but I do need to finish it, as I am tired of it being in a state of only being partially done.  I might also just upgrade it to Rails v8.1.2 just to ENSURE it is CURRENT.  I also should upgrade the RUBY to v 3.4.8-1.   Not willing to jump to v4 quite yet.
