Chat rooms have owners who keep public live spaces recognizable. Site administrators maintain broader safety controls, reports, ownership transfers, account deletion handling, analytics, presence review, and site-level bans.

Why it exists

The goal is to give S-TECH-IT users a durable place for conversations that should not disappear into a single video comment section. Useful posts, comments, polls, files, chat room history, and community history can stay available for future readers.
